Al-Khodari says court extends deadline for proposed financial reorganization

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. said that Dammam Commercial Court approved its request to extend the period specified for submitting the proposed financial reorganization until Aug. 1, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The contractor submitted a request to the Commercial Court to get an additional de six months, other than the previous deadline ending April 29, on which the proposal for a financial reorganization was supposed to be submitted.

 

It is currently difficult to determine the related financial impact and developments, the statement concluded.
