Jarir to announce Q1 2021 dividend post OGM

Jarir Marketing Co. will announce Q1 2021 dividend in line with its dividend policy immediately after holding the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for May 26, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders, during the general meeting, will discuss authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividend for 2021, the statement added.

 

In April, Jarir said shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting slated for May 26, 2021, Argaam reported.
