Saudi National Bank (SNB) completed today, April 29, 2021, depositing the proceeds from selling fractional shares resulting from the bank’s capital increase in the accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a bourse filing.
The bank sold 16,392 fractional shares on April 27, 2021, at SAR 53.8 per share for a total of SAR 883,528.
Earlier in April, SNB announced the completion of listing the consideration shares issued to Samba Financial Group’s eligible shareholders in respect of the merger, Argaam reported.
In March, Samba and National Commercial Bank (NCB) announced the completion of the merger, with the new entity starting operations under Saudi National Bank name.
