Fitaihi shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividend for 2021

Fitaihi Holding Group’s shareholders approved, on April 28, 2021, authorizing the board to pay interim dividend for 2021 on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that shareholders also approved the remaining agenda items.

 

Fitaihi Group distributed a 4% cash dividend, or SAR 0.40 per share, for 2020.
