Al-Khodari shareholders to elect new board on May 19

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s shareholders will vote on electing the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 19, 2021, during an ordinary general meeting that will be held on May 19, 2021.

 

Shareholders can vote on the assembly items as of May 15, 2021, through Tadawul services.
