Arabian Pipes unable to disclose 2020 financials on time

Arabian Pipes Co. said it was unable to disclose its financial results for 2020 within the specified time.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that the external auditor is still auditing the annual financial statements.

 

The financials will be disclosed upon receiving the final version from the external auditor, the statement added.

 

Arabian Pipes earlier announced that its external auditor is expected to complete the audit work and publish the annual financial statements before April 27, 2021, according to data compiled by Argaam.
