Bahri refutes claims of attack on vessels

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) denied media reports that one of its vessels was attacked, Bloomberg reported.

CEO Abdullah Aldubaikhi confirmed that all the ships of the company remain intact.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, official spokesperson of Ministry of Defense, said that an explosive-laden boat was intercepted and destroyed at 6:40 am today, April 27, 2021.

He further added that maritime security was able to intercept the movement of the boat, which was remotely controlled, off the Red Sea port of Yanbu, and destroy it accordingly.
