Riyadh Cement to distribute 10% dividend for H2 2020 on April 28

Riyadh Cement Co. announced that it will begin on April 28, 2021, the distribution of 10% cash dividend for the second half of 2020, at SAR 1 per share, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend distribution was approved by shareholders during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that was held on April 22, 2021.

 

Entitlement to the dividend distribution will be for shareholders of record on April 21, 2021, and are registered in the company’s register at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the OGM date.
