Fitaihi to start e-voting on OGM agenda on April 25

Fitaihi Holding Group will start on April 25, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for April 28, 2021.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
