| Announcement Detail | With reference to the announcement of Advanced Petrochemical Company (the "Company") on 18/08/1442H corresponding to 31/03/2021 regarding the resolution of the Board of Directors to distribute the cash dividend for the 1st quarter of 2021, the Company is pleased to inform its Shareholders that the dividend distribution for the 1st quarter of 2021 will commence on Monday 19/10/1442H corresponding to 31/05/2021 in their respective bank accounts which are linked with the portfolios in Tadawul records at the closing of trading on Thursday 08/10/1442H corresponding to 20/05/2021 and as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center at the end of 2nd trading day following the eligibility date, in all local Saudi banks at SR 0.65 per share.
The dividends will be distributed by transferring to the shareholders' accounts which linked to their investment portfolios with the local banks on Monday 19/10/1442H corresponding to 31/05/2021 through the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center). We urge our esteemed shareholders' attention to the necessity of updating their accounts data before the distribution date in order to ensure that the dividends are deposited into their accounts. |
