National Housing set to offer 50,000 homes across Kingdom in 2021: CEO

National Housing Co. (NHC) seeks to boost the Saudi real estate supply until 2025, through offering 300,000 housing products and providing 40,000 job opportunities, CEO Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Bati, said in a speech to Sakani forum for Q1 2021.

 

NHC is planning to offer 50,000 residential units across the Kingdom, especially in Riyadh, in partnership with real estate developers.

 

The company signed ten partnership agreements, which provided 4,000 homes and offered over 20,000 residential units for sale via Sakani platform.
