City Cement Co.’s shareholders will start on April 17, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for April 20, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders are set to vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021. They will also vote on appointing an external auditor to audit the company’s financials for 2021 and Q1 2022.
The shareholders will also vote on other agenda items, including financial statements, board report and auditor’s report for 2020, in addition to amending the policy standards and procedures for membership in the board of directors.
