SADAFCO shareholders to vote on forming audit committee on May 6

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co.’s (SADAFCO) shareholders will vote on the formation of the audit committee, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for May 6, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders will set the audit committee's duties, work regulations, and remuneration for the new term, starting from OGM date until March 31, 2024.

The candidates are Faisal Hamad Mubarak Al-Ayyar, Ahmed Mohammad Hamid Al-Marzouki, and Said Ahmed Said Basamh.

Shareholders will vote on agenda items as of May 2, 2021, through Tadawulaty services.
