Tadawul: Aldrees shares go ex-dividend today

Shares of Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. have their ex-dividend today, April 14, 2021.

 

The board of directors recommended a 10% cash dividend, at SAR 1 a share, for 2020, to be paid on April 28, 2021.

 

The board also recommended increasing the company’s capital to SAR 750 million from SAR 600 million through the distribution of 25% bonus shares (one bonus share for every four shares owned), to commensurate with the size of the company's business and future expansions.
