Maharah reappoints Sulaiman Al Majid as board chairman

Maharah Human Resources Co.’s board of directors reappointed Sulaiman Al Majid as board chairman and Abdullah Al-Amro as deputy chairman for the current three-year term, ending April 30, 2024, the company said in a bourse statement.

The board has also renamed Sulaiman Nasser Al-Hatlan as managing director for the same term.

Meanwhile, Maharah’s board also formed committees as follows:

- The nomination and remuneration committee with Khalid Abdulrahman Al Khudairi, Suleiman Abdulaziz Al Zabin and Ali Damati as members.

- The executive committee with Sulaiman Nasser Al Hatlan, Abdulkarim Hamad Al Nujaidi and Ali Damati as members.

- The investment committee with Saleh Abdullah Al Hanaki, Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Abalkhail, Bassam Nour and Abdullah Al-Rabdi as members.

Meanwhile, it was approved that the audit committee be formed in accordance with the shareholders’ decision, taken during the general assembly on April 7, 2021. The committee includes Abdulaziz Ibrahim Al Nowaiser, Jassir Abdulkarim Al Jassir and Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Hidery.
