Saudi Enaya names new board chairman, vice chairman

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Amr Khashoggi as board chairman and Faisal Tamer as Vice-Chairman, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The new appointments were announced after a non-objection letter was received from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on April 12, 2021, Saudi Enaya added.
