Al Othaim Markets shareholders to vote on audit, board reports for 2020 on April 28

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co.'s shareholders will endorse the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting slated for April 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

The meeting will also appoint an auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2021 and Q1 of 2022.

 

Shareholders will e-vote on the agenda items as of April 24, 2021, through Tadawulaty services.
