Bupa Arabia appoints board member

Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors appointed Nigel Sullivan as a non-executive board member, representing the foreign shareholder, Bupa Investments Overseas Limited (BIOL), effective as of April 5, 2021.

 

Sullivan is Chief People Officer at Bupa Arabia, and has significant board level experience, the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
