Al-Khodari announces resignation of all board members

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. announced that all the members of the company's board of directors resigned on April 3, 2021, including chairman Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Hajri, according to a bourse filing. 

 

Other members of the board to resign are Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Mazrou, director and head of nomination committee, Ali Mohammed Al Obaid, director and head of audit committee, and Mansour Ali Al Walah, director.

 

The board members resigned due to special circumstances, the firm said, noting that it will take legal measures against the resigning chairman and members of the board, and regarding the formation of a new board.
