Idle Land Program issues land fees for fifth phase in Dammam

The Idle Land Program, launched by the Saudi Ministry of Housing, issued land fees for the fifth phase in the city of Dammam.

 

Idle land owners were urged to pay the required fees or start land development within one year from the decision date.

 

In case the required land levy is not paid, a penalty will be imposed at 100% of the fee value, the program added.
