Al-Khodari unable to disclose 2020 financials on time

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. announced that it is unable to post its financial statements for 2020 on time, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company attributed this delay to the financial restructuring measures, in line with the Saudi bankruptcy law.

 

In February, Al-Khodari said it expects to publish the interim and annual financial statements for 2019 on April 10, 2021, according to Argaam.
