Takween appoints new board member

Takween Advanced Industries Co.’s board of directors approved today, March 31, 2021, the appointment of Ibrahim Yosef Al-Mubarak as an independent board member for the remaining period of the current term ending Jan. 20, 2023, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointment will be effective starting April 1, 2021, the company added.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.
