GASCO receives SAR 33.75 mln cash dividend from investee firm for Q1 2021

National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) announced that it received cash dividends on March 30, 2021 G from one of the investee companies – Gas National Industrial Gases Co.- amounting to SAR 33.75 million for Q1 2021.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that it owned around 9% of the capital of Gas National Industrial Gases Co.

 

The financial impact of these dividends will be positively reflected in the company's financial results for Q1 2021.
