Seera reappoints Mohammed Al-Khalil as chairman

Seera Group Holding's board of directors approved today, March 29, 2021, reappointing Mohammed Al-Khalil as chairman and Ahmed Al-Zaim as vice chairman, according to a bourse statement.

 

The board also approved forming the executive committee as well as the nomination and remuneration committee.

 

In addition, the board named the board's secretary and appointed the company's representatives at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

These decisions will come into effect from the beginning of the current board term starting March 29, 2021.
