Al Moammar signs SAR 40 mln contract with Health Ministry

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) inked on March 24, 2021, a SAR 39.95 million contract with the Ministry of Health, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Under the contract, MIS will operate and maintain the digital infrastructure of 48 hospitals in the central region.

 

The three-year contract will start from handing over the site to the company, while the completion date can’t be determined at present.

 

The contract value included the value-added tax, the statement added.

 

In October 2020, MIS announced securing a three-year contract, valued at SAR 39.9 million, by the Ministry of Health, data compiled by Argaam showed.
