Wataniya Insurance shareholders to vote on bylaw amendments on April 11

Wataniya Insurance Co.'s shareholders will vote on the amendment of the company's bylaws during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) April 11, 2021.

The amendments are related to the company's establishment, purpose, ownership, investments, capital increase and decrease, board tenure, authority and fees.

Shareholders will also approve nomination of Tahir Aldabagh as non-executive board member for the current board tenure ending on April 25, 2022.

The assembly will endorse a number of business transactions and discuss approving the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020.

Shareholders will vote on agenda items as of April 7, 2021, through Tadawulaty service.
