1) Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co. opened a new branch in Riyadh, bringing the total number of branches in Saudi Arabia to 254.
2) Zamil Industrial Investment Co. reported a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 159.9 million for 2020.
3) Sadr Logistics Co. posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 2.6 million for 2020.
4) Shareholders of Arabian Cement Co. are set to vote, on April 11, on a board recommendation to distribute a 12.5% cash dividend, at SAR 1.25 per share, amounting to SAR 125 million for H2 2020.
5) Retail investors will start subscription for 1.29 million shares of Theeb Rent a Car Co. for one day today, March 21, 2021, at SAR 40 per share.
6) AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. reported a net profit before Zakat of SAR 166.8 million for 2020, a 54% increase year-on-year (YoY).
7) Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) shareholders are set to vote, on April 11, on the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital by 25% to SAR 250 million from SAR 200 million.
8) Brent crude on Sunday gained $2.62 to reach $69.36 per barrel. WTI crude also increased $2.26 to reach $66.09/bbl.
