Saudi Arabia records 381 COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 381 COVID-19 cases today, March 18, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 383,880, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 240, raising the total number of recovered cases to 373,601 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported six new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,591.

 

Active cases totaled 3,688, of which 564 cases are critical.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 157, followed by Eastern Province (74), Makkah (58), Northern Borders (16) and Hail (14).

 

The Kingdom conducted 47,139 new tests, bringing up the total number to 14.5 million.

 

More than 2.64 million doses have been administered to people in the Kingdom to date.
