7 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. posted a net profit before Zakat of SAR 22.7 million in 2020, up 24% year-on-year (YoY).

 

2) Al Maather REIT Fund will distribute 3.9% cash dividend to unit holders for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2020, at SAR 0.39 per unit, amounting to SAR 23.93 million.

 

3) Arab Sea Information Systems Co. announced that the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) issued a letter to the Ministry of Commerce, giving the initial approval for the license to the Arab Sea Financial Co.

 

4) Alinma Tokio Marine Co. narrowed net loss before Zakat to SAR 1.5 million in 2020.

 

5) Alandalus Property Co.’s board of directors reappointed Abdulsalam bin Abdulrahman Al-Aqeel as chairman and Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Habib as vice chairman for the new three-year term, starting March 10, 2021.

 

6) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. said that the financial restructure secretary received the final ruling from the Riyadh Commercial Court, accepting six and rejecting 20 creditor appeals.

 

7) Brent crude on Tuesday declined 60 cents to reach $68.28 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 56 cents to reach $64.83/bbl.
