Theeb Rent a Car IPO book-building process closes today

The book-building process for the initial public offering (IPO) of Theeb Rent a Car, which began on March 7, will end today, March 15, 2021, according to Saudi Fransi Capital, the offering’s lead manager, lead bookrunner, and underwriter, and EFG-Hermes KSA, the institutional bookrunner.

 

A total of 12.9 million ordinary shares, or 30% of the company's capital, were offered for subscription.

 

Investors are entitled to subscribe to 100,000 ordinary shares minimum and around 2.15 million shares maximum.

 

In September 2020, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the listing of a 30% stake, or 12.9 million shares, of Theeb.
