Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
Saudi Arabia’s King Salman issued today, March 12, 2021, several new royal decrees.
King Salman relieved Muhammad Saleh bin Taher Benten, Minister of Hajj and Umrah, of his position.
Issam bin Saad bin Saeid was appointed as acting Minister of Hajj and Umrah. He also serves as minister of state and a Cabinet member.
Sheikh Ibrahim bin Suleiman Al-Rasheed, Head of the Supreme Administrative Court, was also relieved of his post. He was replaced with Sheikh Ali bin Suleiman bin Ali al-Sa’awi with the rank of Minister, according to the royal decree.
Abdulhadi Al-Mansouri was appointed as the Foreign Minister's aide for executive affairs.
Mohammed Al-Sellemi was relieved of his post as Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and was replaced by Maher bin Abdulrahman Al-Qassim.
Abdulaziz Al-Duailej was named as the new president of the aviation sector regulator with the rank of minister.
Abdulaziz Alarifi was also named as Assistant Minister of Transport with excellent rank.
