SAIC appoints new board member

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) board of directors approved today, March 11, 2021, the appointment of Suha Suwaid Aljahdali, as an independent board member for the current board term ending on Sept. 16, 2023, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Aljahadli holds a master's degree in public administration and international relations from Long Island University in New York City, USA, and has more than 10 years of experience in several fields including business development and human resources.

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
