Care signs SAR 32.4 mln renovation contract with Tabrak Najed Contracting for Riyadh hospital

National Medical Care Co. (Care) signed today, March 11, 2021, an agreement with Tabrak Najed Contracting Co. to renovate Riyadh Care Hospital at the total value of SAR 32.4 million.

 

The project will be implemented within 18 months, as it is divided into six phases, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The renovation period of each phase is between 60 and 90 days, which will ensure normal workflow during the work period.

 

The hospital will be completely renovated with modern designs in line with Care's future vision as well as provide superior service to the beneficiaries.

 

The company cannot determine the financial impact and its relevant timeframe at present.

 

The agreement has no related parties, the statement noted.
