Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.
1) Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. reported a net profit before Zakat of SAR 823.7 million for year 2020, a 16% increase year-on-year (YoY).
2) Northern Region Cement Co. reported net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 108.2 million, a 17% increase YoY.
3) National Petrochemical Co.'s (Petrochem) board of directors recommended a 7.5 % cash dividend, at SAR 0.75 per share, for 2020.
4) Al Kathiri Holding Co. reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 9.7 million in 2020, down 40% YoY.
5) Herfy Food Services Co.'s board of directors recommended the distribution of a 10% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 1 per share.
6) Makkah Construction and Development Co. turned to a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 59 million for 2020.
7) Wataniya Insurance Co. reported a net profit before Zakat of SAR 15.2 million for 2020, a 36% decline YoY.
8) Jabal Omar Development Co. signed a guarantee issuance agreement with Ministry of Finance, whereby the ministry issued a guarantee to Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) for providing the company with credit facilities amounting to SAR 1.6 billion.
9) Makkah Construction and Development Co.’s board of directors recommended withholding dividends for the fiscal year ending 30/04/1442H (Dec. 15, 2020)
10) Brent crude on Wednesday declined 46 cents to reach $67.06 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 38 cents to reach $63.63/bbl.
