JAZADCO receives appeals court ruling rejecting case against ex-Tabuk Fisheries’ board member

Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) received a verdict from the Second Appeals Chamber of Commercial Court in Riyadh, reaffirming a previous ruling which rejected the case against the former board of directors of Tabuk Fisheries Co.

 

The company added in a bourse statement that follow-up on court procedures was among the reasons for the delay in the announcement.

 

On Jan. 11, 2021, the company received the initial ruling issued by Riyadh Commercial Court, rejecting the case against the former board of directors of Tabuk Fisheries Co., according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

JAZADCO was notified on Sept. 24, 2020, by Al-Wasidi law office, the assigned office on the case, of receiving the initial ruling by the Commercial Court.
