Saudi Arabia records 351 COVID-19 cases on Monday

Saudi Arabia recorded 351 COVID-19 cases today, March 8, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 380,182, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 418, raising the total number of recovered cases to 371,032 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 2,616, of which 519 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported six new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,534.

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 47,791 new tests, bringing up the total number of laboratory tests to 14.02 million.

 

More than 1.33 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine were offered to people in the Kingdom to date.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 168, followed by Eastern Province (62), Makkah (53), Al Qassim (17) and Madinah (12).
