Dar Al-Arkan launches new real estate project in Makkah

Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co. announced the launch of “Dar Al Mashaer” project in Makkah, 10 minutes from the Holy Mosque and the Jamarat Bridge.

 

The project, consisting of seven towers, will be built on an area of 6,300 square meters, and will include 314 modern apartments, comprising three or four bedrooms, in addition to six penthouse units, or Sky villas, with private pools, the company said in statement.

 

The buyers can avail payment plans for up to 12 years, in addition to free services for five years from the date of delivery.
