Saudi Aramco sees SAR 37.8 mln worth of negotiated deal on Tuesday

Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) saw a negotiated deal on its shares today, Feb. 9, 2021, where 1.1 million shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 34.35 per share, for a total of SAR 37.8 million.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
