Solidarity Takaful says Al-Anzi resigns as CEO

Solidarity Takaful Co.'s board of directors approved today, Feb. 2, 2021, the resignation of chief executive officer Bader bin Khalid Al-Anzi, citing personal reasons.

 

The resignation will be effective as of March 31, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
