Wafrah appoints Mohammed Al-Mukhadab as chairman

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s board of directors approved on Jan. 18, 2021, the appointment of Mohammed Al-Mukhadab as chairman and Mohammed Al-Otaibi as deputy chairman for the new three-year term started Jan. 14, 2021.

 

The board also approved the appointment of Faisal Al-Khudairi as managing director.

 

Meanwhile, board members Faisal Al-Qahtani, Mohammed Al-Otaibi, and Ayad Al-Bunyan were appointed as members of the nomination and remuneration committee:

 

The appointments were green-lit by the general assembly meeting held on Jan. 14, 2021.
