Oil prices were mixed on Tuesday as investors eyed developments regarding global economic growth and the coronavirus pandemic.
Coronavirus cases crossed 95.5 million, with deaths at 2 million globally. Meanwhile, China implemented lockdown measures to check the rise in infections.
In terms of trading, international benchmark Brent crude rose 0.4% to $54.98 per barrel, at 9 am Makkah time.
WTI crude fell 0.3% to $52.18 a barrel.
