Arabian Pipes opens board nominations today

Arabian Pipes Co. (APC) opens today, Jan. 14, 2021, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 22, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Feb. 14, 2021, the statement added.
