The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) witnessed two negotiated deals today, Jan. 12, 2021, on shares of Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) and SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co., at a total value of SAR 13.8 million.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
