Amlak International appoints new board member

Amlak International Real Estate Finance Co.’s board of directors appointed Naser Yousef Al-Marzouqi as a non-executive board member effective from Jan. 7, 2021 until June 3, 2021, according to a bourse statement on Sunday, Jan. 10.

 

The new appointment is pending the general assembly’s approval, the company added.

 

Marzouqi holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Franklin University in Ohio, US. He has practical and professional experiences in the banking and financial services sector. Marzouqi is currently the chief executive officer of Emirates NBD-KSA, since 2019.
