National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC) is set to launch a comprehensive business process improvement and cost transformation program to restructure the company’s business operations and profitability, according to a bourse filing.

It will be initiated via a partnership with Bain & Co. Consulting, with an anticipated impact to run for two years.

The program is expected to enhance the company’s earnings by nearly SAR 40 million, commencing in Q2 2021, and have a run-rate impact, upon its full implementation in 2022, by SAR 120 million.

The program is the second of four strategic projects, aiming to fundamentally transform the company, by developing its organization, business processes, enterprise resource planning (ERP) infrastructure, financial performance, and profitability.
