MEDGULF board member resigns

The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company (MEDGULF) announced, on Jan. 3, 2021, the resignation of independent board member, Muhammad bin Saad Al-Moqrin, due to personal reasons.

 

The resignation was submitted on Jan. 3, 2021, and was effective from the submission date, the company said in a bourse statement.
