Maharah, Argaam sign agreement for IR services
Maharah Human Resources Co. entered into an agreement with Saudi-based Argaam Investment Co. to design an investor relations (IR) web page on its website, and launch a special IR service for smartphones.
Abdulkarim Alnujaidi, CEO and board member of Maharah, expressed his pleasure about the new agreement, saying: “This move comes as part of Maharah’s efforts to enhance disclosure and transparency. We aim to facilitate access for shareholders to all data using state-of-the-art technology."
As a Saudi-listed human resources market leader, Maharah’s board of directors is looking forward to deploying the best IR, disclosure, and transparency practices in compliance with the highest governance standards, Alnujaidi added.
“Argaam has a professional technical team with extensive experience in designing smart IR apps. The team is also distinguished for its ability to develop specialized, interactive web pages, backed by a deep understanding of investors’ needs of financial data,” Anwar Banafea, Chief Operating Officer at Argaam Investment, said.
So far, Argaam has provided this service to many Saudi-listed companies to build strong and reliable relationships between companies and investors.
