AXA Cooperative opens board membership nominations

AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. opened the nomination process for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting May 24, 2021.

 

Nominations start today, Dec. 31, 2020, and end Jan. 31, 2021, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The candidates will be elected at the general assembly meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
