Minister of Health Tawfig Al-Rabiah
Saudi Arabia is currently working on supplying COVID-19 vaccines in all regions across the Kingdom, said Minister of Health Tawfig Al-Rabiah.
"The volume of the vaccine doses received thus far may not be huge, but they require very advanced preparations. We have such preparations for a limited volume," he told Al-Ekhbariya TV.
The minister expected the situation to improve after three weeks, adding the vaccines will be supplied across the Kingdom.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health announced recording 149 COVID-19 cases today, Dec. 29, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 362,488, according to Argaam's data.
Earlier, the ministry said that COVID-19 vaccines would be available for free for all people living in the Kingdom.
