Salama announces resignation of board member

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. announced today, Dec. 27, accepting the resignation of non-executive board member Mustafa Ghazi Kheriba from the board and the risk committee for the current term ending July 24, 2022.

 

Kheriba's resignation was due to personal reasons, effective today, the company said in a bourse filing.
